ConAm Management Corporation - What type of lease is available?All leases will be on an individual basis. The occupant of each bedroom will have his/ her own lease and will not be responsible for the lease obligations of roommates. Each lease will be for a term of one year and must be guaranteed by a parent or legal guardian.Do I need to find roommates?You can choose your own roommates or we can match you up with roommates who have similar interests.Is parking available on site?There will be 59 parking spaces available for rent beneath the building. Since the project will have 97 bedrooms, parking will be available to those who pay for spaces on a first come, first served basis. Parking rates will be established in the spring of 2007.Is public transportation available?University Lofts is located on the corner of University Boulevard and Evans Avenue. RTD (Denver's Regional Transportation District) bus stops are located on each corner of the intersection- including one right at the building. In addition, RTD's light rail service is beginning this fall with a stop at High Street and Buchtell, directly across from DU's Ritchie Center. From there, light rail provides transportation to downtown and as far south as Lincoln.Who will be the retail tenants on the first floor?We have signed leases with TCF Bank on the corner of University and Evans. We are negotiating with a full-service restaurant along Evans and are talking to several prospective tenants for the last remaining space.When will units be available for rent?Construction is scheduled to be completed by the middle of July 2007. Occupancy will begin at that time.Can I bring my own furniture?You may bring additional furniture, but all apartments will be fully furnished. Any furniture supplied by us needs to stay in your apartment since we have no storage space on site. There will be limited bicycle storage available in the parking garage. Is University Lofts affiliated with the University of Denver?No. University Lofts is privately owned and is not affiliated with the University of Denver although we expect to be leasing to DU's juniors, seniors, law and graduate students.How close are you to the University of Denver?DU's campus is right across the street, so students won't even need a car for school., .
